Meet the Brothers
Meet the Brothers is an opportunity for potential new members (PNMs) to introduce themselves to our 80+ person brotherhood. Attendees will receive an overview of our history, pillars, and executive positions. With over an hour of open networking, PNMs can get an authentic feel for our community, overall personality, and shared ambitions. Delta Sigma Pi—Theta Rho encourages all prospects to attend our first event to get a better idea of what we have to offer!

Meet the Recruits
Meet the recruits is an event for our brotherhood to learn more about you. PNMs will rotate from station to station, meeting and interacting with two to three brothers in each group. This is a chance for us to see what drives you, what you’re passionate about, and how you would contribute to our brotherhood.

Community Service & Resume Review
This event highlights two of our four pillars: community service and professionalism. As part of this experience, we host a large-scale community service initiative. In Spring 2026, we created Valentine’s Day cards for the Kane Community Senior Living Center, sending out over 100 cards to spread encouragement and love within the community. It is a chance to come together with a shared purpose and make a meaningful impact.
Following the service portion of the event, we transition into a resume workshop. PNMs are asked to bring multiple copies of their resume for our brothers to review and provide constructive feedback. For many, this is the first time brothers are able to see your academic and professional accomplishments presented in a tangible way. This aspect of the recruitment process mirrors real-life experiences, as you prepare to apply for internships and full-time positions.

Minute to Win it
Brothers and PNMs are invited to participate in one-minute fun games! This brotherhood-focused event is a great opportunity to enjoy some friendly competition while building stronger connections. Working together in teams reflects our values as one brotherhood, where we support and uplift one another.
Pre-Interview Networking
Just like in the professional world, our fraternity hosts a pre-interview night to simulate a real interview experience. Everyone is expected to dress in business casual attire and approach the evening with a professional mindset. Pre-Interview day is an opportunity to prepare for your upcoming interview, seek advice, and reflect on your experience throughout the week. It is also a chance to ask final questions and broaden your connections within the brotherhood.
Interview Day
We have reached the final day of our recruitment process — Interview Day. All PNMs being considered for membership must attend their scheduled interview time. Thank you for an incredible week. We truly enjoyed getting to know each of you.
